Helping School Districts Bring Students Back into the Building!
About
About The Educator’s Empowerment Center
The Educator’s Empowerment Center (EEC) is a national organization that partners with K-12 school districts to reduce chronic absence and strengthen the systems that support student attendance and engagement. We work alongside district leaders to understand what is driving attendance challenges, identify where systems are breaking down, and build the strategy and capacity needed to create lasting improvement.

Our Approach
EEC approaches chronic absence as a systems problem that requires a systems response. We begin by examining what is driving absence across the district — through data, policy, practice, and stakeholder experience.
From there, we build a multi-tiered system of support for attendance and develop the capacity of the leaders and teams responsible for implementation. We support implementation until the district has an attendance system capable of producing and sustaining measurable reductions in chronic absence.
